Meet Sandra Garlick MBE
I'm Sandra Garlick MBE, a Business Growth Strategist, Speaker Mentor and Founder of Woman Who®, helping women in business grow through strategy, speaking and opportunities.
For more than a decade, I've been creating opportunities for women to be seen, heard and celebrated. From national awards and business events to podcasts, speaking stages and networking experiences, I've built a business around opening doors and helping others walk through them with confidence.
In 2020, I was honoured to receive an MBE for services to women in business, recognising my work in female entrepreneurship and leadership.
My own career has never followed a traditional path. After my divorce, I retrained as a solicitor, built a successful Legal 500 law firm and spent over 25 years mentoring business owners before reinventing my career once again following a serious ankle injury in 2016.
Today, I help ambitious women stop being overlooked and start growing their businesses with purpose. Through strategy, speaking and practical opportunities, I help them raise their profile, build their confidence and create momentum that leads to long-term and sustainable business growth.
Living with partial deafness has shaped how I see the world. I know what it's like not to be heard. That's why I'm passionate about helping others find their voice, share their expertise and create opportunities that change the future of their business.
