Every week, I go live inside the Private Facebook Group. These aren’t lectures. They’re live working sessions.
Sometimes I’ll teach around personal brand, positioning, speaking, or audience growth. Sometimes I’ll mentor live. Often, you’ll bring what’s on your mind and we’ll refine it together.

I’m Sandra Garlick MBE, a former solicitor turned visibility strategist, helping solopreneurs and authors go from hidden to high profile through speaking, personal branding and purposeful visibility.
As founder of the Woman Who® brand and creator of the Woman Who Achieves and Solopreneur Awards, I’ve spent over a decade championing women in business. In 2020, I was awarded an MBE for services to women in business, recognising my work in female entrepreneurship, leadership and visibility.
My career hasn’t followed a straight line. After divorce, I retrained as a solicitor, built my own law firm and spent 25 years speaking professionally. A serious injury in 2016 prompted me to reinvent once again and step fully into the work I’m most passionate about: helping others be seen and heard.
Today, I support brilliant business owners who are tired of being overlooked. Through mentoring and strategic visibility support, I help them own their story, build a powerful personal brand and create real opportunities.
